Stereophonics Return Stateside for Headlining Tour
Perform on David Letterman Dec. 11
December 6, 2001 The Stereophonics arrive stateside on Jan 21. They were originally to headline the US in Sept. but postponed the tour due to 9/11. Currently the biggest live act in the UK, the band's CD Just Enough Education to Perform recently went double platinum there. No stranger to arena shows, the Stereophonics just completed a quick five-US-city jaunt in the coveted opening spot on U2's "Elevation Tour."
The Stereophonics' second single "Have a Nice Day" can be seen on VH-1 and
M2 as well as heard on radio stations across America, including: 99X, KLLC (Alice) in San Francisco, WBRU in Providence, WTMX in Chicago, KRSK in Portland, WTIC in Hartford, KDMX in Dallas, KSTE in Portland, WSSR in Tampa, WBMX in Boston, KBEE in Salt Lake, WBNS in Columbus, WBMX in Boston, and KFSD in San Diego.
