Cher's Golden Ticket to London
November 13, 2000 In addition to the music contained on Cher's new Internet-only
release, Not.Com.mercial, three copies will also include a "golden ticket" and
five discs a "silver ticket."
Winners of the golden ticket will be awarded a Grand Prize trip for two
(round-trip airfare and three night's hotel accommodations) to meet Cher in
London, while the silver ticket holders will receive a new Cher doll from
Mattel. (See inside CD for official rules and details.)
In other Cher news, today Cher heads to Maimi, Florida to attend a
4pm EST rally in West Palm Beach with Jesse Jackson. The rally will
call attention to the 22,000 questionable votes in the tight and historic Bush/Gore race for presidency.
On Thursday, November 16 you can catch Cher playing herself on "Will &
Grace." And what's up next up for the multi-talented icon?
Cher will soon be heading off to London to record her
follow-up album to Believe for Warner Bros. -- presently slated for
release in the spring of 2001.
