Alien Ant Farm and Pressure 4-5 at the World
October 24, 2001 In support of their DreamWorks Records debuts, Alien Ant Farm and Pressure 4-5 will perform at the World, in NYC, November 9.
"Beat the World," the first single from Pressure 4-5's recently released CD, Burning the Process, is currently in rotation on active and modern rock radio nationwide. The group's Marc Webb-directed video for the song is on MTV and MTV2.
Due to overwhelming demand from radio stations nationwide, Alien Ant Farm are preparing to re-release "Movies" -- the first radio track off ANThology -- early next month as the next single from their platinum debut. The band just shot a video with director Marc Klasfeld which will debut on MTV's TRL 11/5. This is the follow-up to the band's #1 Modern Rock single "Smooth Criminal."
In addition, both Alien Ant Farm and Pressure 4-5's live performances in Colorado (10/12 and 10/13) were taped for use in an upcoming special to air on MTV in November (exact
dates TBA). The program will also be shown on MTV2 -- as part of the
channel's "Spanking New" month -- November 10 and 11 at 10 pm and again November 12 at midnight.
