September 18, 2001 Thanks to everyone's kindness and generosity, the city is overwhelmed with supplies. More than they could possibly use. No more supplies are needed at this time. If you'd like to help the relief effort, the NY Firefighters Fund and the Red Cross are asking for monetary donations. To make a donation to the NY Firefighters Fund, visit their website established by the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF.org). To make a credit-card donation to the Red Cross, call 1-800-514-5103 or visit www.redcross.org. To mail a check, see their address below. Thank you for the love and support.

September 15, 2001 New York City is currently overwhelmed with supply donations. The Red Cross is asking NYC residents to donate supplies in the weeks ahead. So hold on to all non-perishable items that you wish to donate and bring them to any of the drop-off locations in the coming weeks. The Red Cross is asking non-NYC residents to make credit-card donations (1-800-514-5103). You can also mail a check to their address below. NY Rock would like to extend a heart-felt thank you for all the love and support!
Thousands who lived near the disaster have been rendered homeless. The Red Cross has set up the following NYC shelters for these individuals and other victims of the tragedy. If you would like to donate food or supplies to any of the following shelters, please call ahead to see if they are currently accepting donations.

the officials and volunteers supplying the workers and survivors of the World
Trade Center disaster in lower Manhattan. If you would like to donate, please do so in the coming days and weeks.
If you are a resident of New York City, supplies can be dropped off at any of the following locations. Some locations are overwhelmed with donations. Please call ahead:
- local police stations
- local fire houses
- Union Square South staging area
- Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (34th St. btwn 11th and 12th Aves)
- NY Waterways (39th St and 12th Ave)
- Food can be dropped off at any cross street bisecting Houston St or 14th St to a uniformed officer.
If you live outside the New York City area, the Red Cross is asking for credit-card donations (1-800-514-5103). You can also mail a check to their address below.
