August 15, 2000 – Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks and her husband, actor Adrian Pasdar are expecting their first child in April 2001.

The ecstatic father-to-be proclaims, "This is merely the first of ten children."

Maines and Pasdar were wed June 24 in Las Vegas.
