Prime sth – the four-piece Swedish rock act that recently relocated to Los Angeles – are currently spending their first Stateside summer playing radio festivals across the country in support of their debut album Underneath The Surface (Giant/Reprise).

The band recently filmed a video for their first single "I'm Stupid (Don't Worry 'Bout Me)" which continues to climb steadily up Billboard's Modern and Mainstream Rock charts (currently #28 on each). Directed by Atom Rothlein (Get Up Kids), the video captures the band performing in a vacant warehouse for a frenzied crowd while a beautiful girl mysteriously follows a trail of the band's logo to find the secret show.

Prime sth – Noa (vocals/guitar), Martin (guitar/backing vocals), Jspr (bass) and Kaz (drums) – are optimistic about the band and their music. Noa says, "I think the thing that we have together is we started playing music and everybody else was into sports and stuff like that. Then when everybody was starting to get a job, we still did this. People were like, 'C'mon, grow up, you have to do something.' But we just believed in this and kept on going."
