May 2, 2002 — The funeral proceedings for Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes were held at 11:00 a.m. today at the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, in Lithonia, Georgia. Hundreds of admirers lined up early outside the large suburban Atlanta church to attend the funeral of the TLC singer who died in a car crash a week ago.

A fund has been established in honor of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. In lieu of flowers, Lisa's family would greatly appreciate offerings of condolences be sent in the form of a charitable donation to:
