This year's Town Fair includes Godsmack, Outkast, Nickelback, P.O.D., Alien Ant Farm, Sevendust, Default, Injected and more.
The third annual Rolling Rock Town Fair is rolling into western Pennsylvania, July 27, 2002.
"The Rolling Rock Town Fair is our way of saying thanks to our loyal Rolling Rock fans and the people of Latrobe," said David van Wees, Brand Director for Rolling Rock. "Rolling Rock has become synonymous with providing a first-class concert venue to some of the hottest up-and-coming musicians in the world, as well as the industry's most popular performers. We are proud to be the founders of an event that is so focused on providing a unique outlet for today's most creative and innovative bands."
The all-star festival billing of hot alternative rock, metal rap and hip-hop is combined with a cornucopia of town-fair attractions like magicians, interactive games, stilt walkers and watermelon-eating contests.
The 2000 lineup included Red Hot Chili Peppers, Moby, Fuel, and others. In 2001, music fans from all over the country and from as far away as Europe and Canada enjoyed the sights and sounds of Rolling Rock Town Fair, which sold out in an impressive 28 days. Last year's concert featured the Stone Temple Pilots, Live, Deftones, Incubus, Staind, Oleander and Tantric.
