Godsmack to Rock TV Viewers with "Voodoo" and "Keep Away" on Farmclub.com
March 15, 2000 (New York, NY) Republic/Universal multi-platinum recording artists Godsmack
will appear on Farmclub.com's weekly television show on March 20th. They will be performing two of
their Top 5 singles, "Keep Away" and "Voodoo." The show airs at 11:30 p.m. EST on the USA Network.
Recently, Godsmack (Sully Erna [vocals], Tony Rombola [guitar], Robbie Merrill [bass], and Tommy
Stewart [drums]) were nominated in six categories for this year's Kahlua Boston Music Awards,
leading the major label acts in nominations, including: Act of the Year, Single of the Year ("Keep
Away"), Outstanding Rock Band, Video of the Year ("Keep Away"), and lead singer, Sully Erna, was
nominated for Outstanding Male Vocalist and Outstanding Song/Songwriter ("Keep Away"). The Awards
are scheduled to take place April 8th.
With their self-titled debut album certified double platinum, Godsmack's third single "Voodoo"
continues to heat up rock airwaves where it remains in the Top 5 of Radio & Records Active Rock
Chart after 20 weeks on the chart. Additionally, the song has gone Top 20 at Alternative, and the
video is in rotation on MTV. Their second single, "Keep Away," is still in the Top 10 after more
than 46 weeks on the chart.
Godsmack are also currently working on a new album, which should be released some time this year.
