'Fashion Week' Appearances Include Live Performance at Spa Nightclub
and Celebrity DJ-ing at Joe's Pub
Album, Star Kitty's Revenge, In Stores March 19th

Neo-soul artist Joi has returned to music as a solo performer. Her new 19-track album Star Kitty's Revenge features collaborations with Raphael
Saadiq (Whitney Houston, Tony Toni Tone, Angie Stone), Andre Betts (Madonna,
Living Colour), Sleepy Brown (Outkast, Organized Noise), and others.
The album will be in stores March 19th.
"Missing You," the lead track from the Universal Records debut, Star Kitty's Revenge, has already become the #1 song in San Francisco. The videoclip for "Missing You" was directed by Fat Catts (Outkast, Backbone), has been added to BET, and will be serviced to MTV and VH1.
Joi's New York itinerary includes the following:
- Tuesday, February 12th, Joi will make a rare live performance at
New York City nightspot Spa (76 East 13th Street). She will
perform selections from her forthcoming album, Star Kitty's Revenge.
- Wednesday, February 13th, Joi will do a
"fireside chat" with New York's radio gossip guru, Wendy
Williams. It will air on WBLS-FM, 107.5. During the
interview, Joi will address her controversial remarks made in the
current issue of Russell Simmons' One World magazine about "having sex
with other women."
- Thursday, February 14th, Joi will Join DJ Stretch Armstrong
and actor Adrien Brody as the guest celebrity DJ at Gotham magazine's
Smirnoff Twist party, at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street).
