January 29, 2002 — Get ready for the hard stuff. The first Jagermeister Music Tour is set for ignition on March 8th in Orlando, Florida and will wind up April 23rd after hitting more than 30 markets in the United States. The national tour features platinum-recording artists Drowning Pool, along with Coal Chamber, Ill Nino, and more. Jagermeister Music Tour tickets will go on sale February 1st for Orlando, Boynton Beach, and Tampa. Check local listings for additional on-sale information.

Dallas's Drowning Pool will headline the event. Featured on last year's Ozzfest tour, the band sold over one million copies of their debut album within six weeks of release. While their single, "Bodies," was one of the most played metal songs of last year.

Coal Chamber has just finished recording their third album, Dark Days, to be released in spring 2002. The accomplished touring band is more than ready to unleash their musical fury live.

Ill Nino are an original collision of metal, Flamenco guitars and Calypso rhythms with Congas and Timbales. The band's show is packed with non-stop energy. Their single, "What Comes Around" is currently climbing the radio charts boosting the sales of Revolution * Revolucion, the band's current album release.

Each show will be rounded out with a favorite Jagermeister-sponsored band from the area and CD samplers of Jagermeister bands and other Jagermeister goods will be given out.
